I really would like to thank you Tom for letting people know about this beautiful and inspirational site...the prose and the pictures and the ideology sometimes moves me to tears!
I follow the ginger cats' blog. I think it is one of the best I visit. I have you on my list also and I also read your piece in the Financial Times. Isn't that part of Britain marvelous? I'm an ex-pat and used to live on Flamborough Head which I think is comparable, but perhaps a bit more bleak.
Beetle (3 cats ago - he was black and white in all the right places) used to enjoy walking to the local shop with me. Usually waiting in the last street planting, sometimes coming into the shop (to the amusement of the shopkeeper), sometimes just waiting outside. He walked many times the distance I did as he weaved in and out of people's gardens. A most excellent cat. Thankyou for reminding me.

Truly inspired writing. I can see why, too, looking at those cats.

No walk in the chilly countryside is complete without a cat scarf.
I love those ginger cats!
I love the orangies. I have 3 solids and 4 mixed. They are special kittys.
Beautiful piece, stunning photos - incredibly serene. I'm more than a little jealous.
