Obviously my standards for my four cats are too low. I am happy when a meal ends and the floor is not covered with blobs of cat foot and crushed crunchies. On the other hand, I am afraid if they did develop improved table manners they would also demand the family silver and good china every night.
poor cat! her human has tied the fork, spoon or chopsticks to her paw; you can see where it's tied on. I guess the cat seems reasonably happy, but I hope the woman leaves it at that, and doesn't try to get the cat to walk upright or wear shoes or something.

Yeah, I wouldn't do this. Cats are much cleaner than people anyway, and usually their table manners are just about impeccable.
