Apparently Kitekat Was Once Considered "Living" (The Eighties Really Were Simple Times For Cats)

It's a sobering thought that cats (whose tinned food hasn't changed THAT much) ate better in the 70s than humans. Nobody could have got away with "Findus Crispy Pancakes and horrible plasticky frozen diced veg. That's living!"

What about the people who had to sing, "Kiddy-ka-at! That's livin'!" in a raunchy, rockin' way? Their dreams of filling Wembley Stadium and multi-million album sales reduced to singing about cat food.

Gorgeous cat! One wishes all cats always lived better than humans. After all, THEY are divine.

Seeing that ad brought back a funny memory for me. My mum liked the ad, but would never buy the product, cos she said it wasn't good enough quality for her "baby". This is the cat who ate mice, rats, birds, slow worms, snails, well you get the idea....anything!!

That was brilliant! But my cats would have to disagree on "that's livin" - on the few occasions that I have served them Kitekat their noses have remained firmly in the air and I've had to put it outside for the hedgehog.
