Oh, probably should mention: the guy in the pic is Georges Perec, an experimental French novelist who once wrote an entire book without one "e" in it. I didn't include him, but I love the photo.
Dang it, I could not access the article but thanks for writing it, and as we ALL know, REAL MEN LOVE CATS and the rest...I'd be arrested for even posting about what I'd like to happen to THEM.

I would imagine that Georges Perec was abit oversubscribed with regard to "e" already, so understand his desire to eschew it in his book :)
