Not only CAN he meow, but once he gets going he's like a car alarm. He's lovely, but I must admit I don't like the 'squashed face' cats generally.
Polly-furball sneezes just like that. She has a deep monotone meow though.
Must be the vet tech in me...but his lack of meow is due to his facial structure and probable upper respiratory issues...
